Delivery & Returns
We charge $15.00 for postage of products anywhere in Australia.
If your order is higher than $250, we offer Australia Wide free delivery.
No, at this moment we are only offering delivery within Australia.
We offer a 30 days return on any of our products. You can return any item as long as the purchased goods are in an unused and in original unopened packaging.
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for returning. Our representative will help you with the returns process.

Postage of the returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods.
If the driver attempted delivery but no one was home, or it wasn’t safe to leave the parcel unattended, here's what will happen:
- The driver will leave a card
- You will get an email notification
- You can follow the instructions and book a redelivery
- If it’s not booked for redelivery within five days, their may be additional delivery charges
If a product is faulty or not as ordered, High Vis Shop offers an exchange or refund using the original form of payment used while purchasing the product.
High Vis Shop will only accept replacements if the product you have received is faulty or if you have received a different product then what you had ordered.

All orders must be paid when you place our order.
You will receive email notifications when your order has been confirmed & dispatched.
You will also receive a tracking ID for your order when you can track the progress of the delivery and when it will arrive.

No, you may checkout as a guest rather than signing in or registering an account.
However, having an account with us allows you to experience a faster checkout process. Your contact, shipping, and payment details will be saved securely and will be autofill for your next purchase.
You will also be able to look up your current orders, view your previous order history, etc.

Yes, all product prices include GST.
Actual colour may vary to the images in the website. This is mainly due to the difference in screens and their settings like brightness, saturation and contrast.
For this reason we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screens is the real colour of the product.
