Delivery & Returns

How much does postage cost?

We charge $15.00 for postage of products anywhere in Australia.

If your order is higher than $250, we offer Australia Wide free delivery.

Do High Vis Shop ship orders internationally outside of Australia?

No, at this moment we are only offering delivery within Australia.

How do I return my order on High Vis Shop?

We offer a 30 days return on any of our products. You can return any item as long as the purchased goods are in an unused and in original unopened packaging.

You can email us at returns@highvisshop.com.au with your order number and reason for returning. Our representative will help you with the returns process.

Postage of the returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods.

What if I miss my order to pick up?

If the driver attempted delivery but no one was home, or it wasn’t safe to leave the parcel unattended, here’s what will happen:

  1. The driver will leave a card
  2. You will get an email notification
  3. You can follow the instructions and book a redelivery
  4. If it’s not booked for redelivery within five days, their may be additional delivery charges

What are the refund options if I cancel the order?

If a product is faulty or not as ordered, High Vis Shop offers an exchange or refund using the original form of payment used while purchasing the product.

Can I ask for a replacement by placing a request in exchange for a product?

High Vis Shop will only accept replacements if the product you have received is faulty or if you have received a different product then what you had ordered.

High Vis Shop accepts all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.)

All orders must be paid when you place our order.

How do I track or view my orders?

You will receive email notifications when your order has been confirmed & dispatched.

You will also receive a tracking ID for your order when you can track the progress of the delivery and when it will arrive.

How secure is my personal information and Credit Card?

We use Stripe as our Payment Gateway. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.

This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop in High Vis Shop?

No, you may checkout as a guest rather than signing in or registering an account.

However, having an account with us allows you to experience a faster checkout process. Your contact, shipping, and payment details will be saved securely and will be autofill for your next purchase.

You will also be able to look up your current orders, view your previous order history, etc.

Having an account with us also makes sure that you don’t miss out on any current deal or discounts on your next purchase.

Do prices include GST?

Yes, all product prices include GST.

Is the color that I see on the website the actual color of the product?

Actual colour may vary to the images in the website. This is mainly due to the difference in screens and their settings like brightness, saturation and contrast.

For this reason we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screens is the real colour of the product.
